Just hit my 135th++ time listening to viva la vida over the past 2-3 days. awesome man (:
It's like.one of the only few songs that can keep me awake through the night! hahas .Yeaps. These few days really lacking of sleep. Friday night only slept about 4hrs, but at least sat managed to squeeze out about 5-6 hours (: stayed up studying(& spamming viva la vida) over the past 2 days yeaps. Had meeting with Ivan and the rest yesterday, and that's when i noticed that his army days are just so close. Better absorb all that I can from him before he goes off yeaps. haah.
Oh ya, did I forget to mention...
MELISSA,XIAOJIAO AND SERENE GOT NEW HAIRCUTS! :D
only disappointing part is that when me and xj cut our hair, the byproduct didn't really seem to show that we did. haah.Through close observation, serene finally managed to say that we did look like we just got a new haircut. guuhhh.
Talked to the auntie there. She's very nice. And serene ah, keep bullying me and xj LOL. yeapsyeaps.
today church was awesome. went to getting started, and garett preached a great and powerful sermon on the high call of God. powerful. Came out with convictions - the conviction to leave the place changed, not just to receive but to give, not just to stay at that level of immaturity, but to move up, move up to be more mature as a growing christian, and at the max maturity for my level.
Yesterday was equally awesome too. zone F service worship yesterday , I could only say this : THE ATMOSPHERE WAS THERE!
The atmosphere that we so badly needed was there!
The lights were awesome, joanne was awesome, the whole zone F was awesome. each and every one of us were there building the atmosphere, pulling down the presence of God. Something I'm bound to remember for the year 08. After that, went to hang out with more or less everyone (: F1-F4 were there . went around playing and all that kind of things. still remember ivan and jian ming dumping dominic in the middle of the fountain @ bugis junction. we had quite some attention there. after bugis we went to raffles . at the basement there playing about at the resting area below the escalator. and we made too much noise, made it too messy, and we were all sitting on the fascinating turnable black oval thingy. then our real life muthu (yeah man! just follow law all e way!) came over. scolded us . " THIS IS A PLACE FOR BUSINESS, NOT A PLACE FOR PLAYING! YOU WANT PLAY GO PLAYGROUND OK!" and tons of other stuff. we almost got driven out of the place. but it was still funny. after that finally - after tons of walking, we went to see e fireworks! nonsensical part is that when we arrived, we caught like what, glimpses of the fireworks. and it was less than 1 minute.Everyone was lost in the total crowd, and i was left with hweeleng, yueling & dominic. most of our hp batts were flat, we were all literally flanking dominic just not to get lost. haha. overall finally regrouped half an hour after the fireworks ended - and thats when i found out that the thing was supposed to end @ 8.45.we sat in the open area in front of meritus hotel there waiting and waiting, 845pm, 9pm... and stilllll no fireworks. we had missed it all . aww man. sis mae-ann came over later on and joined us, F21 was the bomb man! we were making tons of noise in the open. dominic and his gang would've, no ,i mean SHOULD'VE been glad that they left to buy some drinks and stuff halfway while we were playing. we were like yelling and singing 'we are SINGAPORE' then got what, 'we are MALAYSIA' , then serene did forfeit, she scared she sing liao later kena beaten .super funny lah. yeapsyeaps. Awesome day, though we went home far earlier then we would've been if we were @ 5-7 service, the tiredness that came along with it was equal to that. could only tahan 2hs into the night, and collapsed on my bed and fell alseep like a pig .
ain't sleeping tonight, and tomorrow's F21 movie marathon @ my house! Super excited, looking forward to it (: See ya tomorrow @ prayer meeting (:
